A Take-Home Message

Spring is the perfect time to shake up your winter routine and put some spring back in your step. Whether it's lightening up your dinner plate or getting back to outdoor play, I hope you will enjoy these checklists and enjoy all that Spring has to offer this year.

As you go forward to refresh your mindset this Spring, remember that the most important thing you can do is to start your practice - even if it’s just one small step - and keep at it “one day at a time”.

Don’t let Mark Twain’s quote be you….

“It’s Spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you’ve got it, you want - oh, you don’t quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!”

Mark Twain

Just go out there and live life to the fullest with the warmer weather beckoning you this Spring. Your in-born wellness is with you every moment of every day and is activated to display your radiant health!

The spring wakes us, nurtures us and revitalizes us. How often does your spring come? If you are a prisoner of the calendar, it comes once a year. If you are creating authentic power, it comes frequently, or very frequently.

Gary Zukav

Everything in your life hinges on the fact that your actions and emotions are a chain reaction of your beliefs.

Many of us resist change and opportunities because we are afraid, or because we feel we are not ready, or we don't know yet how to execute a thing fully. Hopefully these tips today will help you get started.

There are NO LIMITS of what you can create, you are POWERFUL and there is nothing that you can not have or achieve! Believe in your power, believe in yourself and let go of what no longer serves you! ♡ design your life, create your reality…

This is life changing!
